Job Description:The Key Account Manager – Large Retail Chains will manage and develop a strategic portfolio of key retail clients. The role focuses on driving growth of the Bosch Home Comfort portfolio, strengthening long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include annual account negotiations, planogram management, and in-store sales optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic retail clients, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth.
- Develop and implement account plans aligned with Bosch strategy.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored commercial solutions to maximize in-store performance.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, margins, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics, product) to optimize results.
- Negotiate annual accounts and planograms with large retail chains.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns to drive sales.
- Experience: Proven experience managing large B2B accounts in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Know-how: Strategic account planning, negotiation, relationship management, market analysis.
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Working Style & Methods: Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Personality: Effective communicator, able to influence stakeholders, collaborative mindset, strategic thinker.
