About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training and communication strategies to promote the global compliance program, ensuring messaging is clear, actionable, and resonates with a diverse, international audience.
- Write, edit, and design engaging content for emails, intranet, videos, events, and newsletters.
- Craft executive and corporate communications that provide practical guidance and meet regulatory expectations.
- Prepare presentations and talking points for senior leaders, communicating strategy, plans, and results to drive alignment and support.
- Design, build, and manage compliance training programs, incorporating adult learning principles and modern course design to improve employee experience and reduce training burden (including test down/out functionality).
- Deploy enterprise-wide trainings on schedule, achieving high satisfaction scores and completion rates.
- Develop and implement remediation for gaps, ensuring ongoing completion of training requirements.
- Leverage AI tools to create innovative, interactive training and communication materials.
- Lead strategic planning and project management for long-term (10+ months), enterprise-wide initiatives, multitasking and keeping multiple projects on track.
- Track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality results.
- Flex across tasks to support the team’s overall success and broader Legal team initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex compliance topics into accessible, practical learning experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Communications, IT) for consistent messaging and engagement.
- Represent the compliance team in internal forums and meetings, ensuring alignment and visibility.
- Engage with executive management to obtain buy-in, alignment, and support, driving employee adoption and completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, learning & development, or compliance-related roles.
- Demonstrated success in adult learning principles and educational course design.
- Proven ability to deploy enterprise-wide trainings with high satisfaction and completion rates.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills for long-term, complex initiatives.
- Experience developing and deploying remediation for training gaps.
- Track record of crafting effective executive and corporate communications.
- Ability to independently generate high-quality content ready for executive review.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks (e.g., export control/sanctions, anti-bribery corruption, false claims act, FAR, SOX, whistleblower protection, DOJ guidance).
- Experience with Microsoft & Google collaboration tools; willingness to learn others.
- Experience supporting legal or compliance teams is a strong plus.
- Fluent or native English required; additional languages a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
