The Catman Expert is responsible for developing and implementing Catman processes for Key Customers, developing strategies to be the partner of choice and drive category growth. Primary responsibilities is to implement RCD process where CP is advisor, leveraging on data-driven insights, RGM, to support category "3 More" opportunities to drive category growth. Also support the Commercial Team to identify category opportunities / white spaces by customer.
What you'll do:
- Lead RCD process / Services (Category Knowledge / Category Optimization / Customer collaboration)
- Develop and deliver compelling Selling Stories for Customers to showcase our category management expertise and drive growth opportunities by category.
- Elevate category Knowledge with our customers via buyers inductions, PR Letters, scorecards and CP Tools.

Use Syndicated Information: Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby and Data POS as a competitive advantage to identify Business opportunities by customer for CP categories.
- Continuously infuse key learnings and shopper insights into daily business operations through networking and regular status updates.
- Analyze partner account data and compare with market to identify category opportunities and develop category strategies and tactics for assortment and placement.
- Coordinate regular meetings between customer multi-functional category teams to continous improvement.
- Help coordinate in-field tests and rollout of implementation plans, keeping the commercial team updated on progress and issues as they arise.
- Help evaluate and monitor all tests before, during and after implementation and against control stores in order to build understanding of the impact of different tactics at the point of sale and improve CP´s overall understanding of category demand drivers.

What do you need to apply?

Completed Bachelor's Degree

At least +3 years of experience as CATMAN or similar roles (customer development, consumer marketing)

Experience managing Nielsen and/or Kantar

Strong presentation skills

Excel & Google Suite Proficiency
- Advanced/Bilingual English Level, both spoken and written
- Experience leading customers (Desirable)
