The Consumer Market Manager for Personal health helps transform personal health through meaningful solutions and innovative ways of engaging with our customers. This position is based in Barueri, Brazil, and plays a strategic role in driving growth across the Brazilian market.

Your role:

• Own the P&L: Full accountability for category performance, managing the S&OP process, and identifying key topline and mid-P&L opportunities using GFK, internal data, and sell-out analysis.

• Shape Portfolio Strategy: Analyze demand spaces and define the role of each subcategory within the portfolio.

• Drive Brand Growth: Develop brand strategies and a 2-year growth plan, setting consumer opportunities and sources of volume based on deep market and competitive insights.

• Lead Innovation: Ensure sustainable growth through a robust innovation agenda, consolidating recent launches and expanding baseline business.

• Influence Channel Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to define and execute initiatives by channel, ensuring alignment with category goals.

• Execute Integrated Marketing Plans: Translate global positioning into impactful activation, communication, and engagement strategies. Set clear business, marketing, and communication objectives to drive consumer behavior and brand affinity.

• Optimize Investments: Manage A&P budgets effectively, leveraging consumer insights to maximize ROI across touchpoints.

• Champion Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across teams, demonstrating resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional communication skills

You are the right fit if:

• Proven track record in the Consumer (FMCG) industry, including experience with exposure to digital marketing technology and adapting value propositions to unique customers and markets.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing technology, Medical Technology, Business Administration or related fields.

• Your skills include strong analytical & strategic thinking abilities, proficiency in English (spoken and written), creative yet pragmatic approach to problem-solving, familiarity with LEAN methodologies.

• You are a professional with a highly entrepreneurial mindset, action-oriented, data-driven and passionate about consumer business.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role. Candidate must be based in or within commuting distance to Barueri, SP.
