Join Westpac’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) team as a Senior Associate, Project Implementation Manager and deliver seamless transaction banking solutions for some of Australia’s leading corporate and institutional clients.

What’s the role?

This is a part-time job share role based at Kent St Sydney, offering flexibility to support work-life balance. You’ll work 3 days per week (22.8 hours), with an expectation of 2 days in the office. 

In this client-facing role, you’ll manage the end-to-end implementation of payables and receivables solutions for transaction banking products for new to bank and existing Institutional Bank (IB) customers. 

You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders, capture technical requirements, and ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest standard. You’ll work across a diverse range of IB client sectors. 

This is a niche role, where you’ll use your project management expertise to drive outcomes and deliverables then transition projects to BAU. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make an impact by delivering solutions that matter to our clients, this is the role for you!

What do I need?

  • 2-3 years' experience in transactional banking.
  • Understanding of implementation processes and project management methodologies (JIRA, Confluence experience is preferred). 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver results under tight deadlines. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/ Finance
