We are committed to building a more sustainable and inclusive society.Purpose of the RoleAs Senior Retail and Education Manager, you will be responsible for the elevation and performance of our retail spaces and counters across VIC, SA and WA encompassing both Neighbourhood and Signature stores.Reporting to the Aesop Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing x6 Retail and Education Managers who will report directly to you. You will additionally collaborate with various stakeholders including Marketing, Retail Operations, HR and Property.The Senior Retail and Education Manager is responsible for operational excellence by actively coaching, developing and motivating their staff.
