Your Role

As a Technical Risk Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing outcome-focused risks and controls assessments that influences Technology risks oversight over projects and portfolios.

 In this role you will play a key role in:

• Partner with the Risk and Compliance Lead to execute delivery and non-financial risk management activities.
• Guide ECC program team members through Non-Financial Risk Assessments and collaborate with 1st and 2nd line risk teams.
• Ensure integration of risk-in-change requirements within the ECC program.
• Maintain and manage risk documentation in Confluence and JIRA.
• Monitor Treatment Plan actions, track progress, and drive closure.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on risk management frameworks relevant to the ECC program.
• Support Third Party Risk Management and in-country compliance activities to achieve key program milestones.
• Support the Enterprise Contact Centre Transformation (ECC) program objectives while ensuring robust risk management practices aligned with the ANZ I.AM Risk Management Framework.
• Facilitate optimal risk outcomes for both the ECC Program and ANZ.
• Assist the program delivery team in meeting risk and compliance obligations.

Your Profile

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain great relationship with diverse stakeholders
• Prior experience in project risk management
• 7+ years financial services experience in risk, compliance, assurance or audit
• Knowledgeable in NFR Hub and other risk toolkits
• Technology/information security/Cloud experience
• Good Knowledge of Excel skills, with an eye for details
