Here is what you will need:
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful healthcare or healthcare-related experience, including administrative or patient support functions.
- Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to respond to challenges in a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented manner.
- Ability to effectively present information and communicate clinical processes to individuals and groups at a professional level.
- Ability to travel throughout the designated market to maintain visibility and support key accounts.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding service delivery for both internal and external customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Provider relations experience preferred.
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Serve as a liaison for current service issues within Washington Radiology centers, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Investigate patient concerns using WRA-supported PACS and RIS systems, collaborating with operational and clinical teams as appropriate.
- Maintain consistent visibility with key referring offices to build relationships and reinforce trust in Washington Radiology services.
- Educate referring providers and patients on exams, protocols, and ordering processes as needed to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
- Resolve customer service concerns related to scheduling, referral requests, and literature support.
- Conduct follow-up with patients and referring providers to ensure satisfaction and close the loop on outstanding issues.
- Partner with the VP of Operations, Regional Market Directors, and Center Directors to identify and remove referral barriers.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative duties associated with assigned accounts and markets, maintaining accurate documentation and communication logs.
