About the Role
Our Meat Department blends an “old-school neighborhood butcher” feel with a modern focus on grass-fed, pasture-raised, and humanely sourced meats and seafood.
This is not a meat-cutting/butcher role, but our meat clerks often learn some basic meat-cutting skills from our trained cutters - valuable skills that can grow into a well-paid trade.

- Weigh, cut, wrap, and package meats & seafood to order
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Stock, rotate, and date all products properly
- Follow checklist tasks and stay productive during slower times
Schedule
- Regular afternoon/evening and weekend availability required
- Meat staff typically work no later than 6–7pm
- Flexible scheduling considered
- We would prefer a full-time hire, but we are open to exploring 2 part-time candidates
