🌟 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
Be a Social Butterfly – Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community. Teach & Learn – Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too!). Drive the Fun – Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield’s vans. Keep It Snappy – Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous. Be the Team MVP – Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.
🌟 What You Bring to the Party
A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically).
Experience in the disability sector is super important!! Also, you’ll need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern — knowing how to support them is key!
Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.
Resilience, empathy, and a ‘let’s do this!’ attitude.
A driver’s licence and reliable transport is a must.
We need someone who is available for day and afternoon shifts as well as 1 Saturday in the fortnight.
