About the role
Business Development Manager
This autonomous, field-based role focuses on developing trusted partnerships within the Real Estate industry across Greater Sydney, including Northern Beaches, Newcastle, Central Coast NSW. You’ll guide partners and prospects to maximise revenue opportunities, contributing to business growth through new and existing market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and uplift performance of an existing customer account base.
Source and generate new business leads through multiple market channels.
Effectively manage COS and OpEx to ensure profitability.
Deliver superior customer service and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes aligned with business strategy.
Lead by example to create a supportive, high-performing team culture.
Gather and share market insights to influence future strategies.
About You
Proven track record in developing commercial relationships and exceeding sales targets within the Real Estate industry
Passion for business development and key account management.
Ability to convert qualified referrals into sales using both field and phone-based expertise.
Tenacity and creativity to identify and create growth opportunities.
Customer-focused mindset with integrity and accountability.
