POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize market research and industry trends to identify potential talent pools and sourcing channels.
- Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Promote YMP Real Estate Management as an employer of choice by articulating our values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with HR colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
