Overview

Seeking a Associate Developer to manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client requests and incidents
  • Maintain and improve system performance and availability.
  • Design and implement server, storage, and network configurations.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and documentation.
  • Automate tasks using scripts and tools. (Windows Powershell, Linux Shell)
  • Ensure security and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in system engineering or administration.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux, VMware, Azure, SAN, and enterprise platforms (e.g., CBORD, Workday).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or related service desk related software

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA, MCSE, PMP
