About the Role
As the Manager, Supply Chain – Logistics, you will be responsible for establishing and leading all logistics operations supporting a clean-sheet aircraft development program—from prototype and flight test through to production ramp-up. This is a unique opportunity to architect the company’s logistics and material flow strategy from the ground up, encompassing transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and global trade compliance. The department’s mission is to establish a world-class supply base and integrated value chain supporting the full lifecycle of the aircraft program—from concept and prototype through certification and full-rate production. Within this organization, the Logistics team ensures the seamless flow of materials and information across the global supply chain, connecting suppliers, manufacturing, and test operations. The team focuses on end-to-end logistics execution, including transportation, trade compliance, warehousing, and material control. Collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement define how the team operates—working closely with Planning, Production, and Quality to ensure material availability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
