HTS is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing therapy team at a senior living community in South Bend, IN. Nestled on a pleasant, wooded campus, this facility has a health care center, assisted living and independent living. The well-equipped therapy gym includes an ADL kitchen and bathroom. This full-time position, 30 – 40 hours per week, has a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
