Are you ready to bring color and precision to steel creations that shape skylines and communities?  Lindmark Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Painter to join our fabrication team and help transform raw steel into bold, high-quality signage ready for installation across the country.

Our Painters at Lindmark Steel put the final touch on signs before the hit the road:

• Prime and paint fabricated steel sign components to perfection.
• Ensure surfaces are prepped and coatings applied for long-lasting durability and visual impact.
• Track paint usage and maintain inventory records.
• Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in final quality control checks before shipment.
• Verify inventory accuracy and ensure every sign is ready to shine.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Experience in industrial painting or manufacturing preferred.

Knowledge of paint application techniques and safety standards

Ability to read work orders and follow specifications.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to paint fumes, noise, and outdoor conditions.

Physical Requirement

• Lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a spray booth and outdoors in all weather.
• Strong vision and motor coordination for precision work.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday

2:30PM - 11:00 PM
