We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Maggie’s Farm in Middleton. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, supporting team members, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain restaurant standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Assist with training and coaching staff to achieve performance goals
- Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and opening/closing procedures
- Act as the point of leadership when the General Manager is not on site
