We are:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with end users, providing essential training support for our program. This role requires excellent coordination skills, as you will be collaborating with various teams including the Help Desk, Cloud, Development, and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite training support for the program to client staff
- Coordinate with Help Desk, Cloud, Development, and Data Engineering Teams to report, document, and resolve any issues
- Coordinate with client coordination members regarding deployments, site visits, training, and exercises
- Work with end users to incorporate the program into operations as applicable
Here’s what you need:
- 2+ years of experience supporting DoD medical planning and execution (Preferred: Knowledge of DoD medical systems such as TRAC2ES, TMDS, JMAR, CAREPOINT)
- Experience working with a Common Operating Picture (COP) and creating solutions to current gaps in information
- Experience troubleshooting data inconsistencies
- Experience properly documenting and tracking trouble tickets
- Familiarity with troubleshooting basic computer access issues (i.e., clearing cache)
- Comfortable providing 1 on 1 and small group training sessions
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% and must have a valid passport

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
