We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Clinic Manager to lead our specialized healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Coordinate with orthopedic physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient services

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies

- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain excellent patient satisfaction

- Manage administrative tasks including billing, coding, and insurance processing

- Monitor clinic financial performance and implement strategies for operational improvement

- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment

- Support marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the clinic’s services

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master’s preferred

- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare facility management, ideally within orthopedics or specialty clinics

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and insurance procedures

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
