Do you excel at keeping contracts and task orders on track while ensuring compliance at every step? Join PEMCCO as a Contract/Task Order Manager, where you’ll oversee contractual, financial, and compliance administration for all task orders. In this role, you’ll ensure strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and cybersecurity requirements, helping projects run smoothly, on budget, and fully compliant across the DIA support portfolio.

Essential Functions 

    • Administer contracts and task orders throughout their lifecycle.
    • Track funding, deliverables, and period of performance compliance.
    • Prepare modifications, invoices, and status reports.
    • Support program leadership in burn-rate and budget analysis.
    • Ensure subcontractor compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST 800-171.
    • Maintain contract documentation and audit readiness.
    • Interface with contracting officials and partners to resolve issues.
    • Lead task order close-out and reconciliation activities.

    Competencies   

      • Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and DoD contracting structures.
      • Excellent analytical and communication skills for reporting and negotiation.

        Required Qualifications

          • Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or Contracts Management.
          • Seven (7)+ years of DoD contract administration experience.


          Preferred Qualifications

              • Active Secret clearance.
              • NCMA CFCM, DAWIA L-II, CPCM certification.

              Compensation
              •   $75 – $130 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
