We are a thriving Auto dealership dedicated to providing memorable experiences for our customers. As we grow, we're looking for an energetic and creative Customer Experience Representative who would also help to manage our social media presence
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Specialist
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and through email
- Contact customers after the sale or service visit to ensure customer satisfaction, bring any issues to management's attention to resolve quickly, and help increase customer reviews and survey completion
- Ensure a positive, welcoming environment throughout the entire customer journey.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Craft engaging posts featuring new arrivals, promotions, and dealership updates for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Develop creative content ideas to drive engagement and increase our online following.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a flair for content creation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, while being self motivated
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
