Job Description:

As a Data and Systems Engineer (m/f/diverse) in the area of external sustainability requirements, you are responsible to integrate the perspective of sustainability and sustainable way of performing business into our processes and systems. As part of our team, you will design the required information architecture and lead/participate in projects that create future readiness. On top, you will perform operational tasks such as Certification of sustainable materials (ISCC plus) and Due Diligence for sustainable operations.

This job will bring you into contact with many fascettes of our business, such as manufacturing, development, but also strategy.

As a Sustainability Data and Systems Engineer (m/w/d) your main tasks are:

  • Lead for the organization and implementation for ISCC plus coordination
  • Project Lead System Integration for Sustainability Data
  • Support in Projects for Process Digitalization
  • Operational performance of Due Diligence and Risk Analysis  and Method design
  • Support in Reporting of Sustainability and response of Customer Requests
Qualifications:
  • Academic Degree, e.g. in engineering with interest in business processes or in business administration with a strong technical interest, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in project coordination or project lead roles, ideally in sustainability, process management or digitalization
  • Willingness to develop Specialist Knowledge on Sustainability Requirements and Certification
  • Interest in business process design and ability to connect technical and operational perspectives
  • Experiences or interest in tools like Power BI or similar, as well as capability to perform data analysis and understanding of reporting requirements
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) 
  • Motivation for Sustainability and sustainable Innovation
  • Ability to work across interfaces
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex or sensitive information to stakeholders in a clear, diplomatic manner
  • Openness to innovation and a creative mindset for developing new solutions
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly and work in new, evolving topics
