Job Description: Reporting to the Manager or designate, the incumbent will provide services to adults who are involved in Primary Health Care programming. The Social Worker - BSW provides services as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The incumbent will work collaboratively with community groups, agencies and other professionals within the community. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience

  • 1 year experience in Social Work

Education

  • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

  • Knowledge of Indigenous Culture and traditions

  • Knowledge in development model of recovery (SMRS)

Other Information

  • Community nursing experience is an asset
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
