In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Control, analyze and determine the optimal inventory level and purchase request on time the items to maintain a proper article availability (tools, spare parts, consumables, chemicals and gases).

  • Make sure the right identification, location, on-shelf availability and storage conditions are carried on for all items.

  • Control the material output according to the defined use and assignees so there will be good tracking of the use and delivery.

  • Manage and control the collection service of recyclable materials such as scrap, cardboard, wood and chemical wastes

  • Control the physical to system inventory balance with the use of techniques that include the visual control and cycle count.

  • Create and document the procedures and work instructions that describe the operation and administration of Tool Crib at a high performance, quality and safety.

  • Create the necessary key performance reports and measures, making sure there will be included, but not limited to, inventory level, inventory cost, consumption, inventory accuracy and material shortages.

  • Supervise the Tool Crib staff duties as well as define and procure their development to improve their performance.

  • Create systems and visual control to keep the areas clean, orderly, and safe.

  • Develop disposition systems for tools and worn parts that promote the efficient use or recovery.

  • Control the materials input and output in the company for miscellaneous material and productive items for external rework observing compliance with finance documentation and control forms to maintain the required tracking.

  • Comply with all safety policies and immediately report any situation of risk and actively participate with actions to improve safety in his area of control.    

     

For this Role, You Will Need: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or preferred field

  • 5 Years in a similar position

  • English 90% (desirable)
