As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will build relationships, generate and cultivate leads, and set on-site appointments for the outside Sales Team. You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas while driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and engagement. We are seeking applicants with a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

What you will be doing:

  • Engage in a mix of cold outreach and warm lead follow-up via phone, email, and social media, with “warm” defined as prospects responding to marketing campaigns
  • Cultivate net-new mid-sized and large prospects through outbound prospecting efforts, including identifying targets, preparing for outreach, and handing off qualified leads to sales
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, and assist sales counterparts by delivering qualified leads and building pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics such as scheduled calls, completed calls, qualified opportunities, and deals
  • Coach and mentor new BDRs while demonstrating leadership capabilities and strong business acumen
  • Conduct market research to support Territory Managers and continuously learn Epicor’s applications, value propositions, and differentiators to enhance conversations
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system

What you will likely bring:

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience, and 2+ years in a related industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, auto)
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
  • Must be fluent in French (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Excellent phone presence, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to field questions about company products and services
  • Proven leadership experience with a desire to grow into future leadership roles
  • Telephone sales or solution-selling experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Ability to cultivate and manage leads through preliminary sales stages with a track record of meeting individual quota goals

Range:

Minimum: 50,000 CAD Maximum: 100,000 CAD
