Sales Executive – Key Accounts

The Sales Executive will serve as Colgate’s strategic partner with its Major Retail Clients (Key Accounts).
This role is essential for expanding the company’s brand presence and for achieving ambitious sales and volume targets across all categories.

Main Responsibilities and Deliverables

Key Account Management and Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain a collaborative, long-term relationship with decision-makers and stakeholders at major clients.
  • Conduct strategic visit planning focused on optimizing sales and developing the potential of each account.

Sales Performance and Results

  • Be the guardian of sales quotas in their area, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of volume and revenue objectives.
  • Drive sales volume across all Colgate product categories.

Execution and Implementation at the Point of Sale

  • Ensure the registration and rapid introduction of new products and launches in retail chains.
  • Develop and implement in-store sales activities and plans that drive brand visibility and purchase conversion.

Market Intelligence and Negotiation

  • Remain constantly updated on market dynamics, including pricing policies, promotions, and stock levels.
  • Use this information to support strategic, high-impact negotiations with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Basic English skills.
  • Commercial/trade marketing experience in consumer goods companies. (desired)
  • Experience managing major retail accounts.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with research analysis tools (Nielsen, IMS, GFK, Kantar) (desired).
