The Role
We’re seeking a Plumber to carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations across a variety of client sites. You’ll partner with our clients and the BGIS team to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient plumbing and hydraulic services. This role involves planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations — ensuring all works meet BGIS and regulatory compliance standards while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on domestic water systems and related devices
• Repair or replace water lines, recirculation lines, and sewer lines
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls including leaks, blockages, and equipment failures
• Install new plumbing fixtures, fittings, and hot water systems
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain hydraulic assets and equipment
• Coordinate with subcontractors for inspections and project works
• Provide accurate cost and material estimates for small plumbing works
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to BGIS standards
Your Education, Experience & Skills
• Trade qualification and/or professional hydraulic services licence
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a plumbing or building services maintenance role
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• High attention to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
• Australian Citizenship (preferred for some client sites)
