Position Summary
Act as a strategic solution expert to penetrate existing Enterprise accounts and build long term meaningful relationships. Drive new revenue to the business and create advocates in the marketplace for the MRI brand, reduce attrition rate of existing Enterprise customers through open and regular communication, drive whitespace revenue into existing Enterprise accounts through new feature adoption, additional vertical uptake and utilisation of partner integrations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic, executive-level conversations, understands the dynamics of complex real estate groups, and is motivated by developing long-term partnerships and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and “solutions expert,” helping enterprise customers solve business challenges and achieve strategic objectives.
- Drive growth across existing accounts through whitespace analysis, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Build executive-level relationships and confidently engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders in commercial, data-driven discussions.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans that drive retention, revenue expansion, and new product adoption.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Conduct client presentations, meetings, and demonstrations; represent MRI at industry events and conferences.
- Manage the full sales process, including pipeline creation, negotiation, and deal closure, while maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture by sharing insights and best practices with peers.
Who You Are
- A self-motivated, proactive professional with a consistent and accountable work style.
- Confident managing commercial relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Experienced in consultative, solution-based sales, ideally within real estate, SaaS, or PropTech environments.
- Familiar with real estate CRM software.
- Passionate about delivering value to clients while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
