- Proactively prospect and visit small to mid-sized businesses throughout the Miami Metro area.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase branded merchandise solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and participation in local networking events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local business community, including Chambers of Commerce and relevant trade associations.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline, documenting activity, opportunities, and next steps in a timely and accurate manner.
- Consistently achieve monthly outreach and revenue targets, maintaining a high level of activity and follow-through.
- Represent DiscountMugs.com with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to our brand and customers.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong, confident presence with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver effective presentations with minimal preparation or setup time.
- Comfortable with cold prospecting and conducting frequent, in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve sales targets and maximize commission and bonus opportunities.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Miami Metro area as needed.
- Prior involvement with Chambers of Commerce, trade shows, or community/business organizations preferred.
