 Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and assist with month-end closing processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and the transaction processing of AP & AR can contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily Accounting 

· Process check runs

· Perform month-end closing procedures, including account analysis and variance explanations.

· Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.

· Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
