Seeking detail oriented, experienced QA Coordinator to join Tikvah Clinic’s Quality Assurance team. Role will involve internal auditing of clinical files to ensure good care, appropriate billing practices and regulation compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Review clinic charts, share recommended action steps with clinician/supervisor and monitor required adjustments/corrections
- Meet with service providers to answer questions they may have and demonstrate correct practices
- Document processes as appropriate
- Track training needs and corrective patterns
- Stay apprised of requirements and regulations
- Attend required trainings on protocols and practices
- Investigate incidents for clinic, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health field or equivalent
Successful candidate should have excellent verbal/written communication skills and a strong interest in mental health and substance use disorders and treatment. Clinic or quality assurance management experience preferred. The candidate should be a multi-tasker with ability to work effectively as part of a small team. Candidate must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salary $90,000 -$100,000
