Marketing Coordinator chez CTIS, Inc.

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence, build partnerships, and enhance community engagement through social media, events, and professional networks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn, grow, and represent our organization at industry events.

• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage coordination of conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.
• Create marketing materials (flyers, posts, newsletters, etc.) in collaboration with design/communications teams.
• Drive social media content calendar and analytics to track engagement.
• Support proposal and BD teams by maintaining corporate capability decks and marketing collateral.
• Research and identify partnership and visibility opportunities within the GovCon/Health IT community.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles acceptable).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in representing the organization externally.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and collaborating across teams.
