Description

Rausch Companies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Coordinator to provide top-tier administrative assistance and strategic support for business development initiatives, communications, and daily operations. This individual will serve as a key partner in managing relationships, streamlining systems, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently and professionally.


Duties & Responsibilities


Business Development Support

  • Research and identify new clients and partnership opportunities
  • Draft outreach emails, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain and organize CRM contacts and track leads

Email & Communication Management

  • Draft, proofread, and send professional emails on behalf of leadership
  • Organize inbox, prioritize messages, and flag key follow-ups
  • Maintain a consistent tone aligned with company values and brand voice

Administrative Coordination

  • Support C- Suite with scheduling meetings and materials preparation
  • Support C-Suite with follow-up tasks
  • Organize digital files, project timelines, and communications
  • Support general office and project organization
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in administrative, operations, or business support roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional email etiquette and client-facing confidence
  • Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft 365
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
