Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Technician- RMBC working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will contribute to the successful manufacturing of high-quality glass bottles through building, storing, and managing pallets of finished ware. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment, performing minor mechanical repairs, and ensuring high-quality pallet builds. You will also coordinate shipments, maintain inventory records, and uphold safety and quality standards.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Operate Emmeti palletizers, pallet strappers, and stretch wrappers.
- Build and move pallets of finished ware using single and double-wide forklifts and platen lifts.
- Monitor packaging equipment for mechanical and operational issues; perform minor repairs and adjustments.
- Notify and collaborate with Maintenance on unresolved equipment issues.
- Train and support Operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform and record quality checks in ELIS.
- Coordinate shipments with customers and vendors; prepare necessary documentation.
- Handle suspect ware and contribute to physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with GMP standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless production.
- Provide a positive and collaborative environment within the Packaging & Logistics team.
Key Ingredients:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to interpret and adhere to all company safety and personnel policies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Experience with double-wide forklifts is a plus.
