We’re looking for an Integrated Media Planner who will help oversee the cross-channel media planning process on key account(s). You will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between disciplines to deliver a cohesive strategy and seamless execution in the planning process from start to finish. You will deliver work that truly works by ensuring that the strategy and plan are brought to life as intended. By honing your expertise in both offline and digital media, you will serve as a growing resource. Your vested interest in each team member will drive the highest quality output – work that truly works.

The ways you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate on high level strategy development to inform cross-channel planning
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based media solutions that are uniquely tailored to client objectives, including data-centric analysis and media analysis (daypart, breakeven, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverable commitments
  • Help manage the client billing process and ensure timely deliverables
  • Provide daily counsel to clients in conjunction with the team lead, and serve as a key tactical liaison
  • Help oversee the team’s work, delegate, and manage workflow; ensure quality control and help grow junior team members
  • Contribute forward thinking ideas that enhance cross-channel plans
  • Proactive, self-starter who has solid attention to detail

Experience you should bring:

  • 2-4+ years of cross-channel media planning
  • 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience a plus
  • Intermediate-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating cross channel media recommendations through data centric analysis
  • Contributes to channel allocation and media analysis
  • Facilitates key steps in planning process including target development
  • Experience helping craft performance recaps and constructing basic plan cost out framework
  • Experience ensuring continuity with other disciplines and teams including Investment Solutions and Analytics & Insights
  • Experience maintaining team and client documents including but not limited to flowcharts, budget sheets, and status
