Compensation: Starting wage $65,000, depending on experience

SUMMARY: The HR Benefits Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of the District's employee benefits programs, which include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness initiatives. This role also manages various leave programs, such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This role additionally involves processing and maintaining confidential employee benefits information while providing support to employees regarding their benefits and leave options.
