About This Role:
- Lead and manage the full student recruitment and enrollment process, developing data-driven strategies and outreach initiatives to attract a diverse and qualified student body.
- Oversee the entire student lifecycle—from admissions through retention—by implementing processes and support strategies that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and persistence.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the admissions team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance by maintaining adherence to institutional, federal, state, and accreditation standards while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
- Drive operational and strategic excellence through process improvement, technology integration, and participation in institutional planning initiatives that advance student success.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an educational setting or customer support environment; experience in post-secondary education is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing and optimizing student services or customer service teams, with a focus on guiding individuals through a journey from initial engagement (e.g., sales or admissions) to successful completion.
- Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and substantial relevant experience will be considered.
