You will lead TikTok‑first short‑form video production and content strategy to increase relevance, engagement and measurable business impact across 42+ markets.• End‑to‑End Production: Concept, script, shoot (phone + DSLR), light, direct, edit and publish native-feeling short videos daily.• Creative Craft & Tech: Deliver lo‑fi/native aesthetics and platform-native edits using Adobe (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and fast mobile tools (CapCut, VN, Splice). Implement VFX basics (compositing, masking, tracking) and animated text/meme layering.• Sound & Rights: Select music and sound with commercial libraries and TikTok‑safe usage practices to avoid copyright risk.• Trend & Editorial Intelligence: Forecast audio cycles, meme structures and creator formats; react with fast-turn content kits.• Amplification & Measurement: Brief creators, co‑create influencer content, adapt assets across channels/retail and report on creative performance to iterate quickly.We Are Looking ForYou are a hands‑on creator who owns end‑to‑end production and translates culture into results.
