Xantium is seeking highly organized Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) with exceptional coordination abilities and a candidate-first mindset to join the team. RCs serve as the operational backbone of the talent acquisition function, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.

RCs manage interview logistics, maintain recruiting systems, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, interview panels, external partners) using platforms such as Greenhouse, Handshake, and calendar management tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Managing candidate communications, including status updates, confirmations, and travel coordination
  • Maintaining accurate ATS data and generating recruiting reports and metrics
  • Preparing interview materials, collecting feedback, and supporting campus recruiting events
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

We will consider candidates with 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, operations, or similar roles. Successful candidates will showcase strong communication skills, calendar management abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation: A Recruiting Coordinator in New York can expect to earn $70,000 to $80,000+ base. Total compensation also includes a bonus which is guaranteed in year one and based on employee and firm performance thereafter.
