What’s attractive about the Inquiry Process Representative?

• Process inquiries for product pricing to assure that architects, specifiers, reps and others have the technical information needed for quoting or ordering all architectural products.

 What Success Looks Like:

• Handle inquiries coming in through the mail, fax, e-mail, or other departments.
• Review inquiries for special pricing.
• Review inquires and route to appropriate personnel.
• Establish pricing and other relevant information from price book, previous data, technical manuals, estimating tools.
• Enter quotation information into systems and provide quotation to customers.
• Work with other departments to resolve questions.
• Update costs for less complicated products onto Excel spreadsheets
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

 What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience working in an office environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Excel, strongly preferred
• Excellent keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of math (Algebra level) to determine prices, discounts, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interact effectively with others internally & externally.

The targeted salary range for this position is $49K-$54K with bonus potential.
