Title I Instructional Assistant (2) chez Central York School District

Central York School District (CYSD) is seeking two (2) dedicated Title I Instructional Assistants to join the team at North Hills Elementary School. In this role, Title I Instructional Assistants collaborate closely with teachers to provide targeted instructional support in small-group or one-on-one settings, with a focus on reading and math interventions for students eligible for Title I services. The ideal candidates are patient, flexible, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, and at least one of the following: an associate's degree, two years of post-secondary education or satisfactorily passed the CAPE Test
• Must demonstrate the ability to be organized and have good communication skills
• Must have (or willing to obtain) current PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse and FBI Criminal History Background Checks

Hourly Rate:
$14.00-$18.75
*Step placement shall be based on years of service recognized by employer.
