Your Role
As an LPN at Suite Living Senior Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll work closely with a caring team to promote health, comfort, and dignity for every resident.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate on personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
- Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and creativity.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
- Mentor and support caregivers and new team members.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Current Minnesota LPN license (required).
- Experience: Prior Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred - but we'll train the right person!
