WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Cost Analysis Associate is responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data to audit expenses and find ways to make operations more cost-efficient. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring profitability and business success by aiding management in making informed decisions based on detailed cost and benefit analyses.

•    Collect and analyze financial data, including inventory purchases and labor costs.
•    Estimate production costs and track changes in costs due to new products or processes.
•    Prepare detailed reports for management on cost efficiency and suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions.
•    Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures related to treasury activities.
•    Collaborate with various departments, including finance, tax, legal, and operations, to support strategic initiatives.
•    Stay informed of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
•    Support financial audits and provide necessary documentation and information related to activities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•    Proven experience in financial analysis, with a focus on cost analysis, operational analysis, and accounting processes.
•    1~2 years of work experience in cost accounting is preferred.
•    Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business acumen.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial matters to non-finance professionals.
•    Domestic / International travel required.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
•    Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
•    Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
•    Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
•    Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
•    Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
•    Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
•    Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
•    Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
•    Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
•    Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
•    Consistent and punctual attendance
•    Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
