Director of Purchasing chez Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa

The Purchasing Director is a Department Head role that will have the following qualifications:

• Development of cost methods for food & beverage controls
• Handling procedures for food & beverage products
• Development of quality standards
• Knowledge of receiving / storing products
• Hyatt Finance/Accounting principals
• Pricing and cost analysis.
• Ability to evaluate the over all operational methods of handling, storage and recovery
• Inventory management
• Ability to effectively lead a team
