The Agora Companies is searching for a Marketing Associate to join our team in Mount Vernon. We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and driven Marketing Associate who’s ready to dive in and grow with a fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and make a real impact.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll support campaigns across digital channels, assist with email marketing and reporting, and help manage projects from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team, Dev Ops teams, and Editorial. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team with planning, creating, and launching marketing campaigns across email, print, SMS, and website channels.
• Coordinate the timely launch of marketing emails.
• Track performance of marketing efforts to help optimize campaigns.
• Support project timelines and communication across teams.
• Lead and optimize marketing operational workflows.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of marketing, specifically email marketing.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with IRIS and ThoughtSpot – not required but preferred.
• A self-starter who curious, analytical, and eager to move the needle and make an impact.
• Excellent communication skills
• Baltimore based

Compensation Range – $55,000 - $65,000

Location(s) & Work Arrangement – Mount Vernon, Baltimore / Hybrid
