Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end deal execution for all data center and AI infrastructure deals with a strong focus on legal and financial execution
Strategic partnership - Support on negotiation, structuring and closing of large partnerships
M&A - Support on negotiation, structuring and integration of acquisitions made by FS.
Maintain and optimize CRM and sales systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights for pipeline and revenue forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product) to streamline workflows and remove operational friction in the commercial process

Fluidstack is looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" and take full ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will be from an IB/consulting background where they have worked on large scale transactions
3-5 years of IB/Consulting experience

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$165,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
