Description
Scope: Provides field sales assistance for high-volume Account Executives and their General Managers, through inside sales prospecting, outside sales cold calling, and overall administrative and customer service support.
Essential Functions:
- Provide cold calling and administrative support for the Market Account Executive and General Manager, documenting all sales activity and tasks in proprietary internal systems.
- Support the sales prospecting process through research, analysis, and prioritization of potential customers.
- Partner on customer service related to advertisement and ancillary product deadlines, proof of run deliveries, check pick-ups, and additional client-related tasks.
- Represent Community Impact in the field, at events, and on social media.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer-savvy and able to learn and incorporate new software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- One or more years of sales, fundraising, or marketing experience
- Interest in growing into an Account Executive at Community Impact
