Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Economics or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in finance, corporate banking, corporate treasury or equivalent capital markets experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or financial modeling experience.
- Experience with Google productivity tools, data visualization and AI tools.
- Understanding of treasury systems and how they support business processes.
- Understanding of corporate finance principles and ability to effectively apply it in practice.
- Ability to discuss in cross-functional groups to identify issues/resolutions, using business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000-$132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Monitor recent development and ongoing conditions in the US and international capital markets.
- Apply corporate finance and general accounting principles in support of Alphabet’s capital markets activity and as an advisor to internal Google teams.
- Assist in evaluating, structuring and executing Google capital markets transactions, and maintaining relationships with external banking partners.
- Develop, maintain or review financial models in support of potential capital markets transaction, and manage quarterly processes in support of the company’s debt and equity capital markets activities.
- Coordinate internally and externally to ensure seamless capital markets execution and bank relationship engagement, including the development of forecasts, report packages and analytical support tools.
