Your role will be to lead our customs brokerage operations, ensure regulatory excellence, and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and grow relationships with companies
- Prepare and execute department business plans and goals.
- Conduct regular staff appraisals and one-on-one meetings in line with our company guidelines.
- Support team members in setting clear goals and tracking development progress.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support commercial activities.
- Support internal audit processes and act as a key liaison with customs authorities.
- Manage and optimize customs systems and reporting tools.
- Provide strategic insights for customer reviews
- Champion the implementation of new system changes and process enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience.
- U.S. Customs Brokerage License (required or in progress).
- Strong knowledge of customs legislation, classification, valuation, and origin.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about developing people
- Experiencing in marketing/sales to outside organizations
- Pro-active approach, strong organizational and computer skills
- Fluent in English
Additional Information:
Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000 annually
Additional Compensation: Monthly Performance Bonus
