Accounting Associate

Hoffman Development is seeking an Accounting Associate, who will be responsible for auditing daily location sales, reconciling and recording daily deposits and banking activity, reconciling and recording daily credit card deposits, balancing and recording monthly sales transactions for locations, processing accounts payable, processing company credit card charges and processing online wash card sales.

Do you have?

• Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred. 
• Entry level to 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Knowledge of Word, Office 365 and proficiency with Excel a must. 
• Proven ability to work in a deadline driven, detail-oriented position.
